This role requires you to welcome the person coming into the foodbank, and to then sit with them to complete an information sheet regarding their food voucher. This sheet is then passed to the warehouse staff to enable them to choose the food required for that person. As we now provide fuel vouchers we would also request that you find out whether that person would require a fuel voucher or not.
Our foodbank sessions run on Tuesday and Friday afternoons at Holy Trinity Church, and on Wednesday lunchtimes at Raglan Road Christian Church.
