Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) (England and Wales) have opened a new Foodbank Referral Helpline to help people who are struggling to get a referral to their local Foodbank.
Alongside the assessment for emergency food they will get advice on general support issues.
This advice and help will be done over the phone.
CAB will issue an e-referral code that the client can take along to their local Trussell Trust Foodbank
